TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

Shipping: Items will be shipped after payment is cleared. We primarily ship via Priority Mail and may use UPS or FEDEX when they offer the better price and service. We will calculate the shipping/handling costs when we receive the mailing address so that you will know the exact cost. 

We'll be happy to ship your purchase to another shipping address and enclose a gift card you would like to send.

 

Payment: Custom orders which are personalized may require a down payment and then final payment when the item is finished and shipped or prepayment if the customer so chooses.

 

Returns: We want our customers to be happy with their purchase. If the item is significantly different from what is expected, please contact us and let us know what the problem is. If agreeable, we will arrange for a return with a refund less shipping costs or an exchange for something of equal value. Shipping costs for returns will be the responsibility of the buyer. If an uninsured item is damaged during shipment we will need evidence of the damage and the responsibility will be ours for replacement.

 

Privacy Policy:  Oakleaf Pottery is the sole owner of information gathered from customers submitting an order. We value individual privacy, yours as well as our own.  Consequently, we will not give out names and addresses or any other information of a personal nature for any reason without the express consent or instructions of the individual. In addition Credit Card information is not kept on our system, but is purged from our system when the transactions are completed.
